Eating Too Much is a Disorder

Believe it or not, but excessive or no eating at all are considered as neurological disorders. Small children, who are unable to process their emotions, mostly suffer from this because of their inability to express feelings. Frequent fight between their parents or any kind of physical and emotional abuse can lead to such a disease. The UCSD eating disorder program deals with treating of such disorders in children, adults and adolescents as well. They help analyze the root cause of the problem and thereby provide the best treatment.

Researches show that mental disorders are not necessarily related to malfunctioning of the brain. It is generally the behavior developed by a person due to anxiety, emotional sensitivity and obsessive personality traits. 3)Exercising is one method that can be really beneficial for the brain as well as the body an is very effective in improving such a disorder.
